چکیده
The object of analytical study is the medicinal plant Pulsatilla alba. This species rare, stocks herbal raw materials are limited, and there no alba-based medicines on Ukrainian market.
aim was to analyze summarize data range, content biologically active compounds spectrum use in pharmacy medicine alba.
Materials methods. Literary electronic sources information distribution, chemical composition pharmacological activity Results. alba a Ranunculaceae family, characterized by high organic compounds, namely acids, traces alkaloids, vitamins, resinous tannins, about 20 different macro-and micronutrients, essential oils, γ-lactones, triterpenoids, sterols, chelidonic acid, coumarins, as well giving it protection status make an interesting for research.
Analysis scientific publications revealed that plants family Ranunculaceae, particular, contain significant amount substances, have numerous activities, long been used folk medicine, promising material production phytopreparations. volume processing Ukraine one year from 5 6 thousand tons, export reaches more than 3 tons per year. About 1,000 consumed imported 1,500 domestically produced.
Conclusions. Therefore, populations rare low-competitive particularly endangered, displaced tree, shrub highly competitive trivial violent herbaceous due widespread antitumor, hypnotic, antifungal, antifungal research which should be continued
